Start with a consultation if you need direction before you buy. Choose a design board when the materials and color language are the missing piece. Choose a layout concept when furniture placement and circulation have to be drawn to scale. If more than one room or a mixed package is on the table, skip the published cards and use a custom quote so the USD amount is written before anyone starts.
Use this only as a map. The offer page for each package is the source for what is included and what is left out. Prices below are the published USD amounts for the listed scope.

Photos of the space as it stands. The measurement you already have, even if it is only length and width. Finishes or walls that cannot change. The date that matters, if there is one. Three references if you have them. If you do not have a tape measure yet, start with a consultation instead of a layout concept. Do not send card numbers or extra personal files we do not need to scope the room.
Multiple rooms, displays, combined packages, extra concepts or revisions? Those get priced separately, before work begins. Tell us the scope and we will confirm the cost in writing, so nothing catches you off guard later.
How custom quotes workEverything we deliver is concept and planning documents for your use. Irwin Space does not provide licensed architecture, engineering, construction, contracting, or financing services, and concepts are not construction documents, permit sets, or professional certifications. Implementation should be carried out by you or the qualified licensed professionals you choose. Files are digital. The studio operates from Jesup, Georgia and takes U.S. remote work by arrangement.
Open the offer page, then pay the published USD price on its secure Stripe-hosted payment page, or request the package first and we confirm the fit in writing before anyone charges a card. If the room is larger than the card, we move you to a custom quote. Card details are typed on Stripe’s page, never on this site.
Irwin Space is organized in Wyoming. Entity type is unpublished on this site because formation documents naming a limited-liability company, corporation, or other filing class have not been attached. 391 S Macon St, Jesup, GA 31545, USA is the operational and customer-service address. That Georgia street address is the working studio, not the state of formation, and it is not a registered-agent address. Service area is the United States, remote and by arrangement. Published customer terms choose Georgia law and Georgia courts; Wyoming formation does not replace that contract choice.
