About the studio
We plan and picture your space. We do not build it.
Irwin Space is a design planning studio for interiors, displays, and small creative projects. You bring a space and a goal. We turn it into a clear visual direction you can act on: mood boards, palettes, and to-scale layout concepts.
Our work is grid-driven and plan-led. We start with the unglamorous but critical stuff, measurements, references, and constraints, then organize it into decision-ready documents: what goes where, in which materials, and why.
We focus on planning and visualization only. We are not a licensed architecture, engineering, construction, or contracting practice, and we do not handle permits, financing, or build work. When your project moves to construction, our concepts hand off cleanly to the qualified professionals you choose.
Approach
Material-first
Color, texture, and material get chosen together, as one language. Nothing gets decorated on at the end like an afterthought.
Documented
Everything ships as clean, organized documents you can hand off and act on. Your contractor will actually thank you.
The sequence is the same on a living room and a shop floor. First the use, then the path, then the materials. Pretty pictures come after those three, or they become decoration that has to be undone later.
Who this studio is for
Homeowners, small shops, and short-stay operators.
The work is built for people who need a decision-ready plan before they buy finishes or hire a contractor. We do not publish client names. Private files on the home page are anonymized on purpose. If you need a licensed architect or builder, we stay in the planning lane and hand off documents they can actually use.
How a project actually runs
You send the space. We write the scope. Then the file.
A typical job starts as photos, a measurement if you have one, and a sentence about what has to work. We reply with the matching published package or a written custom amount in USD. After you approve that amount, we work from those notes and send a digital file: a session summary, a board, or a plan-view drawing. One included revision, where the package says so, is for course-correction, not a second project hiding in the first.

Those are independent facts. Wyoming is the formation jurisdiction. Jesup is where the studio operates and where customer-service mail can be sent. We do not treat the Georgia street as a claim that the company was formed in Georgia, and we do not replace the Jesup studio with a Wyoming registered-agent address. Entity type is unpublished here because the filing class has not been attached to this site. Work is remote across the United States by arrangement. Published terms still choose Georgia law and Georgia courts; that contract choice is separate from formation.
