Measure twice, panic never

A clear plan for your space, before anyone picks up a hammer.

Irwin Space is a design planning studio. You bring a room and a goal. We hand back a clear visual direction you can act on: consultations, mood boards, and to-scale layout concepts, delivered as documents you can put to work.

We handle the plan. You handle the build.

The usual mess

Most rooms go wrong in the buying, not the building.

People order tile because it looked calm on a phone. They move a sofa because a video said it should float. They hire a crew before anyone has drawn the path from the door to the table. Then the room fights them: the finish they loved sits next to a floor it cannot stand, the display blocks the aisle, and the budget is already spent. A plan is cheaper than that second order.

What we do

Planning comes first. We figure out how a space should actually work, its layout, materials, and mood, before you buy a single cushion or knock down a wall.

The work is documents, not a job site. You get a written direction, a board, or a to-scale plan you can hand to the people you hire. We do not install, permit, or stamp. You keep the build. We keep the thinking that should have happened first.

Who this is for

Homeowners, small shops, and short-stay operators.

If you own the space or you run it, and you need a decision before you spend, this studio is built for you. A living room that has to work for guests. A retail table that has to leave a path. A rental that has to look considered without a full architecture fee. If you need a licensed architect, an engineer, or a contractor, hire them. Use our files as the brief you hand them, not as a substitute for their license.

Services

Three published starting points.

All services and pricing

Each published price is the full amount for that listed scope, in US dollars. A consultation is $18 USD. A design board is $73 USD. A layout concept is $119 USD. Mixed rooms or extra documents are quoted in writing first. Online checkout is not live.

What a plan actually contains

Decisions you can act on, not a mood you have to decode.

A useful plan names the next move. Which wall keeps the existing finish. Which path stays clear. Which two materials belong together and which third one should wait. Consultation notes rank those moves. A design board puts the materials on one page. A layout concept draws the furniture and the walk path to scale. None of those files is a permit set, a shopping service, or a promise that a product will still be in stock when you order it.

Material and mood

Every project gets its own language.

Every board pairs materials and color with your own references. The frames below show the kind of direction one board can pull together.

Private client files

Real projects, names withheld.

We value customer privacy, so these testimonials are anonymized private client files. No names, faces, or exact companies are published.

What we do not do

Planning documents. Not a build crew.

Irwin Space does not stamp drawings, pull permits, install furniture, or run a job site. The work is visual direction you can hand to the licensed people you hire. If a project needs engineering or construction documents, those stay with those professionals. We work from an operational studio address in Jesup, Georgia, serve remote projects across the United States by arrangement, and do not take work that U.S. law forbids. You must be 18 or older to request services.

How it works
Step 1

Request a quote

Send us your space, your scope, and what you are hoping to pull off. You get back clear pricing and a plan for the work.

Step 2

Brief and scope

We lock in the deliverables, timeline, and details, so everyone knows exactly what is coming. Work starts once the scope is set.

Step 3

Concept and delivery

Your board, layout, or planning documents land in your inbox, organized and ready to act on. No decoder ring required.

Sending the form does not start design work and does not charge a card. Work starts only after you approve a written scope at a stated USD amount. Files arrive by email as PDFs or images. Refund and cancellation rules live on the policy page, not in a verbal promise.

Start here

Request a quote. Checkout is not live yet.

The honest next step is a written quote request. Tell us the space, the package you think you need, and the constraint that cannot move. We reply by email with the price and whether that package still fits. A future Stripe-hosted Checkout page is the intended payment step after you approve the amount. Do not send card numbers through the form, email, or chat.

Business identity

Irwin Space is organized in Wyoming. Entity type is unpublished on this site because formation documents naming a limited-liability company, corporation, or other filing class have not been attached. 391 S Macon St, Jesup, GA 31545, USA is the operational and customer-service address. That Georgia street address is the working studio, not the state of formation, and it is not a registered-agent address. Service area is the United States, remote and by arrangement. Published customer terms choose Georgia law and Georgia courts; Wyoming formation does not replace that contract choice.
