Custom scope, written price.
Use this when more than one room, a display program, extra revisions, or a mixed package would make a published starting price the wrong number. You do not choose an arbitrary amount. We do not treat a public package price as a cap you can ignore.
When a published card is the wrong number
Two rooms that share a finish language. A shop that needs a board and a floor plan. A short-stay unit that needs a second revision round. A display program across more than one wall. Those jobs are larger than $18, $73, or $119 USD. Stretching a published card to cover them would hide the real price. A custom quote writes the real price first.
How a custom amount is set
You send the space, the rooms or displays, the documents you need, and any timing constraint. We reply with a written quote in US dollars that itemizes the work. That quote is the only number we will later ask Stripe to collect. If the scope changes, we issue a revised quote. There is no reusable checkout link for custom work.
How that quote becomes a future Stripe charge
Online checkout is not live. After you approve the written quote, the intended payment step is a full-page Stripe-hosted Checkout page created from the server-side approved amount and currency. The hosted page amount must match the approved quote exactly. Card details never pass through this website.

Custom work is still design planning and visual concepts. It is not licensed architecture, engineering, permitting, construction, or financing. Delivery remains digital unless we write a different handoff. Refund timing follows the approved quote plus theRefund, Cancellation and Delivery policy. The studio operates from Jesup, Georgia. Formation is Wyoming. Those facts stay separate on a custom job the same way they stay separate on a published package.
What happens after you send the request
We read the rooms and the documents you asked for. If a published package still fits, we say so and keep you on that card. If it does not, you get a written USD quote with the line items. You approve it, or you ask for a revision to the quote, before any design file is started. No work starts on a handshake.

Irwin Space is organized in Wyoming. Entity type is unpublished on this site because formation documents naming a limited-liability company, corporation, or other filing class have not been attached. 391 S Macon St, Jesup, GA 31545, USA is the operational and customer-service address. That Georgia street address is the working studio, not the state of formation, and it is not a registered-agent address. Service area is the United States, remote and by arrangement. Published customer terms choose Georgia law and Georgia courts; Wyoming formation does not replace that contract choice.
