Canceled: Shaming in the Digital Age
This project was created as my fourth-year thesis which explored the phenomenon of cancel culture and public shaming in the digital age. This demanded a large amount of content creation in researching the topic and in the execution of a public survey. I designed a book, 4 poster series and product that would all be displayed at Grad Ex. The cancel cookie brand encouraged non-reactionary means of communication online as a way to avoid being cancelled. This was done primarily through the verbal language and bold visuals.
